We offer chemical injection systems. This is a turn key solution to our customers who can choose between automated solar powered injection systems for remote locations and traditional injection systems. According to your needs, we install from 200 to 6000-gallon tanks, pumps, manifold, and spill containment devices to inject the necessary chemicals in the field. We provide the proper volume storage tanks for each application.

We monitor the tank level of Enviro-Solve Pro3™ and or Enviro-Solve ProM™ to program new deliveries and make sure you always have an adequate supply of our chemicals.

We service wells and crude oil storage tanks.

Q2 Technologies has brought to market the Enviro-Solve Pro3 series; an innovative non-amine/non-aldehyde H2S scavenger for crude oil applications. Q2 Technologies and its former partner Quaker Chemical developed the triazine technology that is used world-wide today. A need was identified to reduce fouling created by amine based scavengers in refineries, production streams and crude oil terminals while keeping treating costs in the same level as triazines.

Reaction Overview:

R(Enviro-Solve Pro3) + H2S                           R’SO4-2 + H2O

  • Enviro-Solve Pro3 will chelate the H2S molecules and turns them into aqueous non-toxic sulphate salt.
  • The heavier sulphate salt molecule will drop into produced water stream.
  • Reaction is fast and irreversible.

Enviro-Solve Pro3 will react instantaneously with H2S once contact is made. It will also react with lower chain mercaptans. Mercaptan reaction time may take up to 24 hours depending on mercaptan species.

  • Enviro-Solve Pro3 will not react with double bonded mercaptans.

Field Data:

Q2 Technologies has found that a injection dosage between 0.18-0.5 ppm of 33% active Enviro-Solve Pro3 is needed per 1 ppmv of H2S in crude oil in a pipeline. Comparatively a 40% triazine is typically dosed at a 1 ppm 40% active triazine per 1 ppmv of H2S in a pipeline. Dosage rates are greatly dependent on contact efficiency and residence times.

Enviro-Solve ProM reaction time may take from 24-72 hours depending on mercaptan species and viscosity of the hydrocarbon. The viscosity of the hydrocarbon will have a direct impact on how Enviro-Solve ProM separates.

  • Enviro-Solve ProM will not reaction with double bonded mercaptans.
  • Testing on individual hydrocarbon streams is necessary to determine a performance estimation.

Enviro-Solve ProM Lab Data:

An experiment was designed using Trace Sulphur Analysis to determine the performance of Enviro-Solve ProM on different mercaptans from condensate sample from Alberta, CA. A baseline was obtained and then Enviro-Solve ProM was added to the Test Condensate. The Enviro-Solve ProM was injected into the Test Condensate sample and then agitated by hand for a period of five minutes. The Trace Sulphur Analysis was then performed on the sample after 24 hours had elapsed. The samples was then agitated for 2 minutes and allowed to sit for another 24 hours until 48 hours total test time had elapsed. The Trace Sulphur analysis was then repeated. The results are as follows:
